Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimum for embroidery. Orders of 12 or more get our quantity pricing. Under 12 pieces, you pay the 12-piece price plus a one-time $40 digitizing fee per design. Reorders of a previous design don’t pay the digitizing fee.
Woven patch and PVC patch need at least 48 hats with that decoration per order (you can mix styles and colors).
How do price breaks work?
The per-hat price drops at 12, 24, 48, 72, 144 pieces. All colors and sizes of the same style count together, so 12 black and 12 navy of one style get the 24-piece price. Each product page shows its price table. Online orders go up to 288 pieces per style; for more, email info@logocapco.com for a quote.
How long does it take?
Turnaround is 2–3 weeks from final art approval. Every hat is made to order after you purchase.
How do art proofs work?
When you design your hat, you see an automatic preview to help place your logo. After checkout, we email you an official art proof. Review it carefully and reply with your approval. Your order goes into production only after you approve the proof.
What logo files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF, up to 20 MB. Vector files (SVG or PDF) or a high-resolution PNG work best. Not sure your file is good enough? Upload it anyway and add a note; our art team will check it for the proof.
What decoration options are there?
- Flat embroidery: included in the hat price
- 3D puff embroidery: +$3 per hat
- Leather patch: +$4 per hat
- Woven patch: +$3 per hat (minimum 48 hats per order)
- PVC patch: +$5 per hat (minimum 48 hats per order)
The upcharge is added per hat in your cart.
Can I add logos to the sides or back?
Yes. Add a logo to the left side, right side and/or back for $3 per hat for each location, on top of the regular price. Sides and back are flat embroidery only. Using your front logo there costs nothing extra. A different logo adds a one-time $40 digitizing fee per logo only on orders under 12 pieces. Reorders don’t pay digitizing.
How much is shipping?
Orders under 48 hats ship for a flat $13 per order. 48 or more hats ship free. We ship within the United States.
Can I return my hats?
Returns cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us so we can resolve the problem. See Shipping & Returns.
