Turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from final art approval. All orders are produced after purchase. Returns cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us so we can resolve the problem.

- Orders under 48 hats ship for a flat $13.00 per order.
- Orders of 48 or more hats ship free.
