This policy explains what information Logo Cap Co. collects when you use logocapco.com, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
Who we are
Logo Cap Co. is operated by OnTime Promo & Apparel, 17055 W. Victor Rd., New Berlin, WI 53151. Email: info@logocapco.com. We reply to every inquiry within 24 hours.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your billing and shipping addresses.
- Order details: the hats, colors, quantities and decoration you choose, any notes you send our art team, and your order history.
- The logo or artwork files you upload, and the proof images our site creates from them.
Why we collect it
We use your information to fill your order, send you art proofs, and handle customer service.
Payments
Payments are processed by Square and PayPal. We don’t store full card numbers. Their privacy policies: Square and PayPal.
Who we share it with
- Shipping carriers get the shipping details they need to deliver your order.
- Our hosting provider, IONOS, stores our website and its data (IONOS privacy policy).
- Square or PayPal, when you pay with them (see Payments above).
We don’t sell your personal information.
Your logo and artwork
Files you upload are used only to produce your order and to make your art proofs. We keep them with your order records. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing info@logocapco.com.
Cookies
We use only the cookies WooCommerce and WordPress need to run the store: for example, cookies that remember what’s in your cart, keep your shopping session, and keep you signed in if you have an account. We don’t use analytics or marketing cookies.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download them. When PayPal or Square payment features load, those companies may set their own cookies under their privacy policies.

To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email info@logocapco.com.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
