1. Made to order
Every hat is decorated to order after you purchase. Turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from final art approval.
2. Art proofs
After checkout, we email you an official art proof of your design. Please review it carefully and reply with your approval. Your order does not go into production until the proof is approved.
The preview you see while designing on our site is generated automatically to help you place your logo. It is not the official art proof.
3. Pricing, minimums and fees
- Prices are per hat and drop at 12, 24, 48, 72, 144 pieces, counting all colors and sizes of the same style together.
- Orders under 12 pieces are priced at the 12-piece price plus a one-time $40 digitizing fee per design. Reorders of a previous design don’t pay the digitizing fee.
- Flat embroidery is included in the hat price. Other decorations add a per-hat upcharge, shown before you add to cart.
- Woven patch and pvc patch orders require at least 48 hats with that decoration per order.
- Online orders are limited to 288 pieces per style. For more, contact us for a quote.
4. Shipping
Orders under 48 hats ship for a flat $13 per order. Orders of 48 or more hats ship free. We ship within the United States.
5. Returns and problems with an order
Returns cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us at info@logocapco.com so we can resolve the problem. See our Shipping & Returns policy.
6. Your artwork
- By uploading a logo or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that putting it on hats does not infringe anyone else’s trademark, copyright or other rights.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Logo Cap Co. harmless from any claims, losses or costs arising from artwork you provide.
- We may refuse any artwork, for example if we believe it infringes a trademark or copyright, or if it is offensive.
7. Colors, placement and size
- We match thread and material colors as closely as possible, but matches are close, not exact.
- Colors on your screen may look different from the finished product.
- Logo placement and size can vary slightly from hat to hat and from the preview.
8. Availability
Blank hats come from our supplier (S&S Activewear). Stock is updated regularly but can change before your order is processed. If something you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you.
